What is glazing? 

Glazing is a process that allows the finish on wood to be changed without stripping off the old finish. Unlike painting, you will still see beautiful grain. Glazing takes multiple steps of cleaning, priming, sanding, applying stains or glazes and top-coats. Depending on the finish you choose, it will take about 4 to 5 days.
